The $50 Emotion category winner is the “Reagan Caisson” taken by Megan Elder from Taylor University during the 2004 Summer Institute of Journalism (SIJ). Ronald Reagan's funeral was the first state funeral in many years, and the ceremony and pageantry that surrounded the funeral stimulated many different emotions. You'll notice that Megan had an unobscured view of the procession because she received a press pass as part of her SIJ experience.
