Dr. Jay O. Lundelius has directed the CSP since 1999. He holds a Ph.D. in Second Language Acquisition from the University of Illinois, and an M.A. in teaching English as a Second Language from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He also holds two bachelors of arts degrees: Bible-Theology, from Moody Bible Institute and philosophy, from West Chester University. He has lived and taught for years in Japan, Hong Kong and China.

Yili oversees day to day administration of CSP facilities and events and also books all the travel arrangements for the two-week tour through China. She has served with CSP since 1999.
Interns
Usually, two CSP alumni are selected each year to serve as the CSP intern. The interns provide support in student life, assistance in both class activities and travel around China.

Besides her teaching experience around Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Heather has also been an instructor in Martial Arts and competed and placed at national levels in Kung Fu and Tai Chi.
