Dr. Jay O. Lundelius has directed the CSP since 1999. He holds a Ph.D. in Second Language Acquisition from the University of Illinois, and an M.A. in teaching English as a Second Language from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He also holds two bachelors of arts degrees: Bible-Theology, from Moody Bible Institute and philosophy, from West Chester University. He has lived and taught for years in Japan, Hong Kong and China.

Yili oversees day to day administration of CSP facilities and events and also books all the travel arrangements for the two-week tour through China. She has served with CSP since 1999.
Program Assistant
Usually, an interested CSP alumni is chosen to serve as the CSP Program Assistant for one academic year. The program assistant provides support in student life, assistance in class activities, and in travel around China.
Tim Jones

While a senior at IWU, Tim gave a presentation on "A Case Study on Business as Mission" at the conference for the Christian Business Faculty Association in fall 2009. After his time as a CSP student, he continued working at his business internship for an additional two months in China. In summer 2011, he attended the intensive summer language program at Middlebury College (Vermont), studying Mandarin.
